how do you backcomb your hair? For ladies.

I am a cosmetologist and I use a paddle brush or a wide tooth comb to backcomb.

buy the comb used for backcombing/teasing, you can buy one at ulta or sally beauty supply...hold a section of your hair straight up away from your head ( like a 1-2 inch section)..spray with hairspray, let dry a couple seconds, then use the comb and comb downward from your section of hair to your head..comb back and forth a few strokes, then use a little more hairspray

Back combing is an old expression for teasing hair, same thing.
