I sometimes wake up in the morning with puffy eyes that don't want to open all the way.... is this a sign of too much dust in my room or just not enough sleep?

could be many things. It could be allergies or it could be not enough sleep. Either way if you take a wet wash rag and put it on your eyes it will help.

Have you tried one of those cooling eye packs? Its like a mask that you put on at night before you go to bed and its filled with gel. You can refrigerate it so its nice and cool. That might cut down on swelling. If they are itchy, painful and red or excessive eye boogers comes out,you might want to go to the doctor.

Did your mom tell you your room is dusty? It sounds like you have an allergy. Take a benedryl before you go to bed tonight and see if it goes away. Wash your sheets and pillow case and see what happens

Probably just not enough sleep. Try an eye mask with gel in it.. I leave mine in the refrigrator, the coolness works wonders.
