He was probably tanned.

Why is it that some, not all, Black people seem to be preoccupied with the skin coloring of Jesus, Moses, etc??? Seems they really wanna discover that Jesus and Moses (and whomever) were Black like them. What does it matter???

No, I'm not a racist either. Every time this question is raised, it's always raised by a Black person. Why do the ones doing the asking care so much whether Jesus or Moses were Black, White, or Blue???

In every diaspora the Jewish people intermarried with the indigenous peoples of the region. Egypt was no different.

Moses could have been of mixed race. We know from Num 12:1 that he married an Ethiopian, an even darker race than Egyptians.

I don't see how this effects the price of beans, though.

there is good reason to believe his wife was very dark, a cushite Ethiopian,

main reasons being Etheopians are dark and when Mriam criticed Moses for marrying her God made Miriams skin WHITE with lepracy for a short time possibly suiting the crime?

Ha ha ha Aaron. True enough. Even I am getting "dark" skin from being in the sun, and you can't get much whiter than I am.

He was Hebrew, a herder (lots of sun), and walked a wilderness for 40 years (even more sun). I'd say there is a great chance he was.

Don't know about Moses but his wife, Tzipporah, was a Cushite and therefore was most probably black.
