My boyfriend and I have overcome alot of fears together. Such as sensitive areas that we were afraid to touch or show to one another. He just has one problem. Hes afraid to let me touch him down south. Well hes also said that hes just afraid of his reaction, he told me that he would let me know when he wants me to, my question is what do i do to him so not to startle him or make him feel odd?

Just let him come out naturally. If he doesn't feel comfortable with you touching him, he probably has good reason. Trust me on this, because I am in the same boat. These things take time. When the time is right, he will let you know.

first, make sure he is aware that u will be doing it , don;t surprise the guy. second reassure that what ever happens you will still like him and not think any less of him. My gut feeling is that he saw :American Pie" too many times and thinks as soon as u touch him will "blow it" and then he will embarressed because he is a 2 pump chump. If you gently stroke him he will like it, and go slow and he shouldn't have any problems!
