"God" is not a being. God is an energy. It is the energy of Spirit which many refer to as The Light.
The Second Law of Thermodynamics (that of entropy), only relates to the physical spectrum of energy. It doesn't apply to The Light Of The God Force which many Near Death Experiencers report seeing "at the end of the tunnel."
That same energy is what is directed through and/or around anyone who has ever had a Gift of Healing, Telekinesis, Prophecy, Charisma, Discernment, etc. All the Christian faith healers, all the Pagan healers, all the Wiccan healers, all the Reiki and Seichem practitioners, and a host of other healers, all have facets of The Light channeled through and around them for healing purposes.
All the telekinetics like Uri Geller, David Blaine, and Criss Angel (the latter two unofficially as they prefer to just be known as illusionists), and many others, have all had facets of The Light channeled through and around them.
The Light, which transcends the space-time continuum, is nonliving, infinite, and governed by Universal Law which cannot be changed one iota.
The more advanced the soul - determined by its ability to love genuinely and deeply, which corresponds to its ability to Radiate Spiritual White Light - the greater its ability (when free of matter) to ascend into The Light and the more powerful spiritually and telekinetically it becomes.
The Original Creator who orchestrated The Big Bang with The Light billions of years ago, was not infinite, as no soul can be endless, but was nevertheless rarefied in God Consciousness and extremely powerful.
The Light always existed and always will exist and represents the only way that reality can be manifested. Without it, there can be no stars, planets, souls, or even an Original Creator to start a Big Bang.

God is a Spirit. Heaven is a spiritual realm not connected physically to the universe we inhabit. Because it is a spiritual realm and not a physical realm, the Laws of Nature therefore do not apply to it.
On a closing note, because God is not bound to anything He creates or has created, i.e. time, people, etc., He is free to do what He wants and therefore still is omnipotent. How else could we have an omnipotent God if He was bound to something He created, the Laws of Nature?

Heaven, being a spiritual place, not physical, is not subject to the natural laws of the universe. If you want a description of Heaven, read Revelation 21.

You're mixing up the first and second laws. The first law is conservation of energy, the second relates to entropy.

He powers heaven with lightning. A trick he picked up when Christianity was made, building off of past religions. That particular one he got from Zeus.

Any miracle sets aside natural laws... its the definition of miricle
so the question is ill posed... a miricle does not follow natural laws else its not a miricle... miricles are not ex terra, they are not ex nihilio, they are ex deo

God is powerful enough that he can say for something to happen and it does.
