There won't be many, and they won't be from any of the
Romance languages (Italian, Spanish, French, etc) because
"a" is a feminine ending in all of them.
This is so true that even if you did have someone who's
name ended in an "a" from some other country, as soon
as they appeared in this country, he would change his name.
I'm not up on my slavic languages, but can you imagine some
poor Czech guy with the name Zbeneca here? The first
thing he would do would be to find a name without that
trailing "a".
Joshua is ultimately Hebrew, I believe.
Would you want to name your son Atilla or Osama?

I know a guy named Abrasha, which is actually a guys name if you look it up.
Atilla the Hun, his name ended in a.
Ezra is slightly more common.
Shea, like the actor from Holes.
and my Little Brother knows a boy named Yuma.
