Well you see not everyone loses wight at the same speed because the closer you are to a healthy weight the harder it is to lose. It takes 3500 calories to make 1lb of fat keep that in mind. You can find out you BMI and a burn rate calculator and all kinds of cool tools there at http://tlc.discovery.com/fansites/honey/honey.html?dcitc=w99-530-ah-0017

For exercise that show results would have to be jogging. Dont worry joging isnt that hard to get used to and it can be slow jogging and you start with 1km (piece of cake) then 2 weeks later 2km and work your way up to 5 or 6km. walking is for people that cannot get a high heart rate (elderly people) but if your under 50 jogging 3-5 times a week 15 mins a day would show dramatc weight loss. It worked for me, i lost weight when i was already at a healthy weight. biking is good too.

Eat breakfast, take an hour walk, and then go back to bed. I don't recommend waking up at noon most days if you want to be successful with losing weight.

The key to dieting is exercise... you definitely have the right idea of walking an hour. Hopefully that increases and eventually turns into jogging an hour a day.

First of all you should really try and eat breakfast. Having some grapefruit juice in the morning is a really great idea since it helps burn calories and gets your metabolism up :) But you should also have some food too like maybe a bagel.
