We've been together for quite a while now, he walked here a few years ago, I'm divorcing my husband now because I love him, we want to get married and have a family. If we apply for marriage with him here can he get deported? What steps do we have to take for us to get married? I heard it doesn't matter if we have a child together. I have a nine month old daughter with my ex husband now, does that effect anything? Anyone who has any information please help, I'm so worried I don't know what I'd do without him...

I've got some info! He's illegal and needs to go back to Mexico! I'm sure you can marry there! Why don't you try and get a liscense and see what happens! Yes, your nine month old should have a big effect. She doesn't deserve divorced parents. She deserves a mother and a father. I'm no math major, but you say you've been with this boyfriend for a while and your daughter was concepted eighteen months ago. Either your quite a while is a few months (which is just stuupid) or you've been unfaithful. I feel sorry for your daughter and the boyfriend!

go to the court house. They should let you marry without a SSN. But have him bring a photo ID.

Having a child with him will not help things. You will need to apply for citizenship once you are married. They can still deport him until he has his visa. Also they will require that he return to Mexico for about 6 mos while awaiting his visa. If you are married and he has not gotten his visa and they are going to deport him, bail him out and speak to the judge, ask that they allow him to leave voluntarilly (he can wait in Mexico for his papers) otherwise they will deport him and he will have to wait 10 years before he can come legally! Also, the child can only help him get his papers when it reaches 18 years of age.

you aren't any further going to get genuine solutions the following because you probably did not submit their finished concern the following. Are they the following illegaly? if so, were they ever criminal (had a visa) or coated lower than 245i? If no longer, you need to no longer have a situation. in the adventure that they have got been in Mexico the completed time and under no circumstances been illegaly the following (even if i'm no longer optimistic the way it really is conceivable if you're a citizen i imagine they're the following illegally) in the adventure that they crossed on the border (you recognize what I recommend) without visa and are not coated lower than 245i then i do no longer imagine you may do something. My moms and dads same element.. there is not any longer something to do yet wait..

Yes you can marry him here, as long as he has an ID from Mexico or from the consulate in your state, that is all you need. Good Luck to you, I myself know how hateful some of these people can be. I am with a Mexican as well and this country has turned against it's own people so don't let their ignorance and hatred destroy your love for one another.

You can get married here, you don't have to go to mexico. In fact I'm getting married next year to my illegal fiance. You have to call the local authoruties to get the procedure. And yes if you have a child it does matter, especially if the child is a citizen.

So, he's an illegal alien? Tell him to go back to Mexico and come here legally. Then, you wouldn't have any problems at all. I"m sorry, but I don't think you're going to find much sympathy when it somes to illegal aliens in this country. Yes, I guess you could have a kid with him, but would you really want to use your child as a means to keep your boyfriend in the country?

Move to Mexico and become a Mexican citizen. Get married and live there.

to jpj, your just jealous cause the only girl you can get is your right hand. But seriously, I dont think you need proof of citizenship to marry, I could be wrong though. YOu can probably go to your local court house and ask.

You are pretty damn stupid. Your mexican only wants you so he can become a US citizen. Go back to your husband now, especially as there is a baby involved!

Go to your area police station with him and they will give you details. The police are the first ones to help out with a situation like this. They'll get the ball rolling for you.
