I want to complaine about my flight on flight 166

Contact the airline by phone, ask to speak to their manager.

Calling, writing..whatever avenue you choose doesnt get you much of anywhere. It depends on what your complaint is for. Once you write your letter to US Air, send one to the DOT (Department of Transportation) if you feel your service was bad enough. The DOT keeps tabs on the airlines complaint box too. I worked for an airline and the most they might give you is a $100 voucher for future travel.

HEY, while you're at it...complain for me, also. I've been screwed over I can't tell how many times by those arses. Not to mention the fact that their seating sucks with absolutely NO leg room. At least I think it was US Airways...lol.
