No LOL you need protein, fat and carbs to provide your body with energy, Vitamins only provide your body with the essentials required to "USE" energy not energy itself.
Think about this: IF YOU ARE ANOREXIC, YOUR BODY IS EATING ITSELF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anorexia is a form of self mutilation! If you are anorexic, seek professional help.

Absolutely not!
You can't just live on vitamin pills. The body also needs solid food to sustain itself healthily.
Also, the body needs food in order to digest the vitamins properly - without gastric distress.
If you want to cut corners, get into one or more green powder supplements that you would take daily with (preferably) water or fruit juice.
Like All Day Energy Greens which doesn't have as much sugar as many other powders but is still tasty when mixed only with water. You can find it here:

Additionally, eat at least one big salad a day and have it contain mixed vegetables (especially lettuce like romaine or baby spinach, shredded carrots and celery - as these are important for a number of reasons), with perhaps some grilled chicken added. Just avoid iceberg lettuce, as that has zero nutritional value.

No. Anorexia causes the body to start eating its own muscle after all the fat is gone. All the organs begin to fail until the body shuts down. Anorexics usually die of heart failure.
And don't take more vitamins than the daily requirement because you can overdose on them and do organ damage to yourself.

Well, while that idea may be tempting to lots of people you still would need food of some sort to fuel your metabolism. You need calories to keep your body operating, not just vitamins and minerals.

No you need more than just vitamines to live. Your body is like a machine or engine and it needs fuel to run. vitamins are fuel it's like the additives in fuel. The fuel is food like carbs, fats, and protein.

you cant live off vitamins alone! THEY DONT EAT thats why they dont live long. you have to take vitamions with food for your body to digest it correctly and if you dont eat the vitamins will not break down in there body and do what there supposed to do.

No, because your body needs protein, fat & carbs, not just vitamins & minerals. You need calories to have energy.
Vitamins & minerals have no calories. Your body needs calories to operate after awhile or it starts eating up your muscles.
