No, they're not my personal property, they belong to the hotel. If I destroy their property, I would have to pay them back for it. Not only would I be liable to the hotel, but to God when my time comes. I'd rather keep my nose clean, thankyouverymuch.

Why on Earth would anyone wish to destroy God's word? It's an ugly thought. If you don't like it, don't look at it, simple as that.

If you were at someone else's house for the night, would you do the same thing to their holy book, or anything they own? No, of course not.

Neither. People have the right to read them if they so choose and I am not one to keep them from that right. (Maybe, though, to be fair, they should have a copy of every other religion's holy scripture as well -- wouldn't be any room to sleep then!!)

Neither. I leave it in the drawer where it belongs. It may save someone's life. If that isn't worth it, then you need to seriously consider your position in life.

I would never do either, someone paid good money to provide them for use by whom ever. If you don't want to read it, just leave it alone.
