WILL POWER! I'm a potato chip crackhead.

To control your sugar cravings, use a healthy substitute (celery works for me, because I get the crunch that I love from potato chips).

Also, drink a lot of water.

Chew Altoids gum (sugar free)

Have a piece of fruit, if all else fails.

There are other things that have sugar but not as much. For instance Weight Watchers has things in the frozen section like chocolate cake, icecream and cookie dough, etc. I think you should take a little away at time. Unless you have strong will power the rebel in you is going to come up and eat the sugar. So like I said there are things made with splenda, Weight Watcher items. That way you get the taste without all the other stuff. :) Then when you feel you have had enough start taking away a little at a time. Oh yeah and confess over yourself. Like I don't like sugar, I can do without sugar, then within time your cravings will go away.

Well you have to find out why you are a sugar addict. do you eat it out of boredom? Comfort? Joy? etc. and find another way to satisfy you emotions.

And never ever est no cal sweetner like sucralose in diet pops cuz they raise a risk of MS and cancer even young people get it from that.
