put a little water in and bring it to a low simmer - it should loosen everything off pretty well without ruining the wings!

Always spray your pan with cooking spray first...if they are in the oven right now, add a bit of water and try to gently scrape/lift with a metal spatula just about 10 minutes before you are ready to take them out. Good luck!

you can't!
next time lay heavy duty aluminum foil on the pan then spray it with pam. this should prevent your wings from sticking!
