Go to any place that has dry aged beef. You don't say where you live, so I'm in the dark here. The best is Morton's, then Ruth's Chris, then it's a crapshoot. There's a local non-chain near me called Forbes Mill, that's very good.

Just remember "dry aged", and you can't go wrong.

It's worth the drive to Tampa for aged beef at Bern's. The wine list isn't half bad either:)
