I have the same problem.
I've tried scolding, yelling and beatings, but nothing seems to work.
So put it out side to live. It will go potty outside or else swell up so huge like a tick full of poo. If that happens you can sell it to a freak show and make a few $$$.
problem solved.

This one stumps me a little! Have you contacted any place for suggestions. Your vet, Petsmart trainers,or a local animal shelter all might have some very good advice for you?
Quick thought, have you thought about moving some paper outside(in a seclude area first)? Not sure that it would happen immediately, but maybe repetition would encourage your pet to relieve itself on the paper outside. If this work, I would keep up with it, but slowly move the paper out in the open, and eventually remove the paper altogether.

Dogs have a great sense of smell you can walk your dog for an hour and she still won't pee thats because she need to find a certain spot that is right for her. Example: I used to live in an apartment complex and I'd walk her around the whole building about 2 to 3 times till she finely decided to pee. It's all a matter of scent and spots for them, but, I'm sure your pooch is alright.

She has got you trained very well! Tell her I said congrats on her training!
Now, it is time for you to become the leader of your pack...NO MORE PAPER...you could try taking her paper outside, and leaving her out until she goes....I always crate train...how ya gonna feel when you buy that expensive book, and someone accidentally leaves it on the floor, and she uses the bathroom on it? Can't spank her, you taught her to do it!

Have you been paper training her? Try crate training. It works the best and works really quick.
