I think God's sense of humor shows in some of the people who post on here.
Anyway, humor and omniscience are not incompatible. I have seen Three Stooges movies many a time, and I still laugh even though I know exactly when Moe is going to step on a rake.

Mocking or "poking fun" at God is unacceptable. He said never to smite or take His name in vain. God is not going to have a sense of humor when people are defaming His name.

He appeared to Moses in a burning bush. So, Moses actually had to impress on people that a burning bush talked to him. And Moses had a speech impediment and was sent before the most important person in the world. Now that is funny.

Since we are made in his image and we have a sense of humor, it can be concluded that he has one, however, the bible doesn't go into what he finds funny because it isn't related to our salvation.
