Above all else, he wants you to stroke his ego with flattery everyday. Secondly, he wants you to obey those in authority above you without question.
That's it in a nutshell, praise and obedience.

God created man to worship Him, meaning that men should believe in the one God and do good. This is the object of human life. God says: "I have not created men except that they should worship me." (Quran 51:56).

Give him his rightful place in your life - as your God.
Then he wants you to spread his message of love and forgiveness.
And of course, the much harder message that there is only one way to set things right with God, by receiving Jesus Christ as your savior.
Work as unto the Lord at your job (be the best you can be even when the boss isn't looking).
Love your family with the same type of unselfish love God showed for us when he gave the life of His son on our behalf.
Love your neighbors by sharing your life and wealth with them.
Continue to spread the message of hope in a dying world (God's observation, not ours) for rest of your life.
Be found having faith in Jesus when your life is over or Jesus comes back to the earth.
Read the Bible.
Pray everyday.
Fellowship with other believers.
Give of your time and money.
Live, laugh, hope, pray, joy, play, work, love, cry, hug, grief, share your strength with others, ect. ect. ect.

The chief end of man is to glorify God by enjoying Him forever.
We can't "give" God anything because He is not needy. Therefore our service to Him doesn't, in it's self, provide Him anything. There is one thing we can give God, and that is our "thirst" for Him. Our purpose is to seek God, to desire after Him as the all-satisfying fulfillment of our lives. In this, we are the recipents of Joy and He, the giver of it, gets the Glory.
Obedience born out of indebtedness or requirement does not honor God, because it doesn't contain Desire. You praise what you desire, and if you desire to do your own thing instead of desire to seek God, you don't praise God, you trample His glory.

For you to do good and help others. whether real or not, the idea of God encourages people to love and help one and other. If you believe in him or not its a big thing if you can give people hope for life.

God wants you to work with Him to finish His creation. He wants you to do everything possible to help Him to bring peace on earth for all humanity.
"...they shall beat their swords into plowshares,
and their spears into pruning hooks;
nation shall not lift up sword against nation,
neither shall they learn war anymore."

Worship and serve. Spell god in capitals. Annoy atheists. Give money to the church. And multiply. (as he watches everything, it gets weird)
