Some companies can fire a supervisor for dating a subordinate. If you two agree to date, you should not be working for him. If things fall apart, you'll probably want to change jobs anyway.

ummm... you cant mix in professional and personal stuff.. if you dont want rumors startin roamin around the ofice soon.. it'll put you in a bad light..
and besides.. you should wait for him to ask you out not the other way around!!! or else you wont get respect...

just give him signs..just dont be too obvious!!! if he's already flirting, then treat him for a cup of coffee.. or go eat breakfast together but tell him its your treat=) and make up an occassion for it... hehehe=)
just ask him casually!! or.........ask him to help u out with some office work then slip in the coffee part..=)

NOT a good idea. Been there done that didn't work.. Never date someone you work with. Also if it goes south you can be reported for harassment...

workplace romances can be sexual harrassment. find someone outside of work.

i think this is kinda hard...he might lose his job if he go out with you....BUT THATS ACTUALLY DEPEND ON THE COMPANYS POLICY.
