The biggest thing to be careful of with love spells is that you aren't trying to get a specific person to fall in love with you. That's dangerous and it messes with free will. If you wanted to do a spell to attract a lover, or to attract true love (in the vaguest sense) that would be ethical.
You can find plenty of love spells online if you google for them. Many are pay sites but if you look hard enough you can find ones posted on the internet that people have written and posted on their personal websites.
If you really want something handwritten I could write a spell for you, but I suggest looking online.

You don't need magic, just faith and hope, BUT, i wouldn't recommend hoping and wishing for love of a particular person like the other person said. I did that and although I'm still with this guy for 8 years and 3 kids, I've had to deal with extreme jealousy and his inability to let me go now. You really shouldn't wish for love or cast a spell for it, seems to me that spells and prayer, hope, faith, etc.... are all the same. You can't wish for something and without there being some sort of consequence in exchange for you're desire.
