Who thinks that this is ridiculous returing movies or cds?

I always wondered about stores policy on returing movies and cds on;y if there not open will you get your money back but if you don't open them then how do you know if they work or not

I know that you can get the same movie and I did that but that one didn't work either

Yeah, that's just a 'money back' situation. If you return it opened you can usually exchange it for one that works. If you keep the receipt and it's NOT opened you can get your money back....usually.

If they don't work you can get an exchange for the same movie.
