I was sick this morning and the inside surfaces of my teeth at the front have felt really weird since, it feels as though the acid in the vomit has taken a layer off them or something. I know it can erode enamel, but I wouldn't have thought it could do it being sick once. But they definitely feel really strange now against my tongue, I can't really describe it, it's almost as though my tongue is kind of squeaking against them or something.

Anyone know what's going on? Or how I can get them to feel like normal again?

This is a normal sensation Badger. It will go away soon. The enamel does not get thinner or erode on your teeth from vomiting just because you are sick. It usually occurs when people continually vomit from suffering bulimia. There is acid from the stiomach that is contained in the vomit, but as long as it is not something happening on a constant basis, you will be fine.

vomit is acidic... there is a phenomenon called erosion tht is wearing off of solid substance in presence of acidic medium...tht is a very thin layer of enamel(outer layer offf teeth)is worn out...tht occurs in sever vomitting...just apply flouride tooth paste over it..for few mins and then rinse..
