Well, unfortunately for Israel, they're currently "enemies with God." Romans 11:28. God has put a partial hardening on Israel (the Jews) until the fullness of the Gentiles are saved. (Read Romans 9-11) So, the Gentiles are "grafted" into the promises made to the patriarchs (Abraham, Isaac, Jacob). The promised land is inheritance of those who have accepted Christ as Messiah. When God has collected His sheep from the world, He will save Israel and they will again be partakers in the covenant of God.
As for right now, neither group has a "spiritual" claim to the land of milk and honey.
If you consider the "current war" the same war that has been going on since Israel was led out of Egypt, then that war will end with Christ's return, 7 years after the rapture of the church.

You apparently are not well read or informed. My sympathy. Perhaps you will consider getting an education. The Bible does not forecast specific future events. Most people know that. Sorry you didn't. If I'm wrong, consider reading the Bible yourself to find out.
