I have not eaten properly for over a year and I've suffered sever hairloss. I've started eating properly again according to my nutritionist and the food pyramid but I'm still sadly watching my hair fall out and I'm wondering how long it will take for it to grow back? My nutritionist told me it would take some time but I'm wondering just how long exactly and is there anything in the meantime I can do to keep my hair from continuously falling out!PLEASE HELP!

It all depends. Each body is different; your body will tell you when that time comes.

Here are some suggestions to speed up the process. Take vitamins, your body is probably malnutrition. Vitamin E helps with stretching hair. in the mean time, use thickening products.

Don't worry, you will be confident in your hair at no time fast! But do remember, do not put yourself down because of this minor flaw, be positive throughout this learning experience.

you have severely damaged your body internally and externally and it will take lots of time to get your body healthy again....you need to take a really good multivitamin and take extra vitamins for your healthy hair growth....you need to talk to your nutritionist about what vitamins would be best for you to take.....they will know all you need to know about that....average hair grows half an inch a month....go from there...good luck
