What ever you do don't befriend her to much, you don't want to be in the "Friend Zone". Be approachable and show interest, but at the same time play hard to get. There has to be some kind of a challenge. If there is chemistry between the two of you, it will work out. Good Luck!

Well it matters how old you are if you are in MIddle School then talk to her like you would your friends, and over time ask her if she wants to hang out sometime. If you are in HIgh School then ask her to an upcoming event or a dance. I fyour out of school buy her a drink.

Well you have to know your boundaries. Be sure that she likes you also. You could compliment her clothes or her eyes, but don't lie....if you hate her clothes and you don't like her eyes don't say you do. Just be yourself and you will attract a great girl.
