most churches say a communal prayer together after the liturgy of the eucharist is completed.
As far as personal, I meditate, talk to Creator, and offer silient thanks and praise, that I am able to commune with God in such a special way.

I wasn't taught to, but I see a lot of people do that in the church I now attend. I think its more important to understand WHAT the Lord's Supper was really about.

I do, yes. I pray quietly, with head lowered and eyes closed. I say my words, not what someone else wishes for me to say.. This is a moment between God and me..
