Hi, Im not a hair expert but I feel for you and I feel for anyone living with you that every morning when you get up finds a bundle of brushed out hair in the sink ( my wife) so I looked this up and I will tell you what I told my wife.
You also might want to see your doctor about biotin supplements for your hair, your hair loss might be triggered by diet, genes etc etc. Anyway apperantly Biotin helps.

I have the same issue as you. What I've heard helps is to figure brush hair before you get it wet, to make sure no tangles get in it. Then while you're washing it keep it in front of you on your shoulder and don't move it from that position. Never brush hair or comb hair right after shower. Wait like 10 minutes for it to air dry then figure comb it and let dry out for a lil while longer. Let it air dry 80% and then you can use a wide toothed comb while you let the last 20% dry.

On average, a person looses 100-200 hairs a day. Red head loose the most, then brunettes, then blondes. When you hair is long, and expecially when it is wet you will notice more hair than usual. Try using a pick on your wet hair instead of a brush. This will prevent pulling hair out. But remeber if you didnt loose all that hair, your head would be a hot mess!!

You shouldn't brush wet hair. It makes it break. Use only a wide-toothed comb or your fingers when it's wet.

It's normal to lose some hair, but if it's coming out in handfuls or something, see a doctor.

The mousse is important with the aid of fact with the aid of fact you is surely no longer using warmth styling this could help to maintain the carry of any form you opt for. Plus, each and all the failings you put in your hair to evade frizz can alos weigh it down. yet another hair frizz trick....if your hair is dry and you spot some frizz, placed some physique lotion on your hair! Rub some lotion between your palms first, then soft over your hair. It does not make your hair oily!! helps with frizz and makes your hair scent exceedingly too! :) you are able to slo bypass to the salon and get a deep conditioning therapy. in addition they have treatments specialy for frizzy hair. i'm much less high priced so in my view i'm getting those finished on the ask your self college. additionally, as quickly as you shrink your hair you will nevertheless get frizz!

depends. what shampoo and conditioner do you use? I love the smell of Pantene Pro-V, but when I used that, my hair fell out so bad! try to use just a cleaning, not moisturizing, shampoo. Don't use conditioner in the shower, but use a spray leave-in conditioner like Aussie Hair Insurance when you get out and the hair is still wet. try that for a few days and see if it helps

Brushing your hair when it is wet breaks it &/or can pull it out. Use a pick or a wide-toothed comb until your hair is dry. You can also buy stengthening serums at the drug store or beauty supply store. They also have vitamins to help that. Maybe ask a pharmacist about the vitamns.

I have the same problem.

It's fine as long as diet is normal.

I just use shampoo's that are made to strenghen hair.

Aussie products are pretty good.

Plus, on average a normal person loses 80 hairs a day, so you should be fine.
