Go up and talk to her-you have something in common.Baseball! Ask her if she liked being on a coed team or if she watches baseball on TV? Does she have a fav team? Then keep chatting and if you feel the time is right-ask her out.

Talk to her. A lot. Communication creates bonds. You will be able to see for yourself if she likes you or not. After you do this just ask her out. It's as simple as that.
But here's what I think: if you say that you think she likes you than she does. The real problem is that you lack confidence. Just get it out of your system and it will definetely make you feel better. (But first ask her if she's single. It's really important you do this! )

Just walk right up and say hi. Odds are she'll say hi back. Then ask her about something she is interested in. Do your homework, find out what she likes and learn about it. When you share common ground it is much easier to become more then just acquaintances

Pretend that u are not interested in her girls don't know about this tactic so don't ruin it! They hate the fact that someone is not paying attention to them it drives them insane, soon enough they will be craving your attention! But give it sparingly!

you must talk to her in a very casual manner and eventually get to the point. Don't rush. if your initial talking works ask her on a date and then ask her the question if she loves you. She will say yes.
