Where online can I buy Japanese books, CDs & DVDs? Not classics or manga; I'm looking for business-type stuff

Things like whatever the Japanese equivalent of Covey's "7 Habits" would be. Obviously, I'm not asking this for myself, but for a Japanese living here in the USA. I think it would be easier/cheaper to order from an American source, if there is one. If not, how complicated/expensive is it to order from Japanese sources?

look for cassets on ebay i have some & they deal with inernational business stuff you can get it for as low as 20 bucks
