And why does it do it anyway? It looks like a had a sunburn down there and it started pealing or something.

Might be dry/dead skin. I would soak your feet in an epsom salt bath for a while. Exfoliate your feet with something like a pumice stone or exfoliating lotion made for feet. Then put lotion on them. Lather them really good at night and put socks on.

use a pumas stone to rub off the dead skin while in the tub/shower-
apply lotion during the day.
You can try putting Vaseline on them and covering in plastic bags for 1 hour each night.

it's just dry skin.

soak them in very hot water. then use a pumice stone. then moisturize. repeat as needed on a daily basis lol. If that doesnt work buy some athlete foot medicine.

i think it's dead skin coming off and that's what makes you feet dry and ugly
