My husband and I have been trying to conceive for over a year.We went to my GYN and I was told I had PCOS.I am taking Clomid,100mg along with metformin 850mg to help resile insulin and stimulate ovulation. Our last stop was to see a Reproductive Endrocrinologist who could be able to help us but since both of our insurance does not cover infertility,I was suggesting adoption.
I have been reaserching on this and found some good sites but my question is:What is some good adoption services my husband and I can look into and what procedure we will need to go through adoption

There are all kinds of options with adoption.

I'll be honest and up front with you that my experience is with a Chinese adoption. My wife and I are in our 40's so domestic adoption had its drawbacks. The Chinese actually have a minimum age requirement of 30 for both parents.

As with anything, it takes a lot of talking and research. If you think a foreign adoption is a possibility and China is an option, I'd recommend Great Wall China Adoption. Their HQ is in Houston, TX but they have a lot of satellite locations (representatives). The person in charge, Snow Wu, is from China and worked in the orphanage system. You can sign up for a DVD of the foreign adoption process on their website. The big burly guy with beard in DVD is me. Just so happened that when we adopted our first daughter, the film crew accompanied our group. We're not featured in the DVD, just seen in various clips. Our second adoption is underway and we're using GWCA again.

If the foreign adoption option is something you'd consider, don't hesistate to e-mail me. No such thing as a stupid question....

Ask your GYN for suggestions on agencies. Once you contact one they will explain their policies, and procedures, they are all different. Most expect you to go through counseling, and evaluations, also, talk to your doctor about your chances of conceiving, nothing is harder than planning an adoption then finding out your pregnant. I placed a child with an adoptive family almost 10 years ago, the best choice I could have made. I met the family and they were awesome. I am so glad my son is in a happy, healthy, well adjusted family. Be prepared for a lot of heartache, the family that adopted my son had four mother back out after giving birth. Maybe consider being a foster parent first, to get your feet wet. This will also help with dealing with the losses of potential adoptions.
Good Luck

Try foster adopt. My wife and I are licensed Foster parents in CA.
there is a training course you must go through, and back ground checks. I can't tell you what the end result is since we are still waiting on our first placement.

Try this site, it has everything you need to know about adoption

OMG- your story sounds exactly like ours!! I too have been diagnosed with PCOS--have done the clomid route 3x , no help.
Our insurance does't cover infertility treatments either, so we have just started to look into adoption too! Very expensive, even international adoptions, so we are undecided how to go about it.
I can't wait to see all the info you get, it might help us too!
Thanks for asking it, good luck to you!
