My sister's pet pekinese, Peeka. Usually, I hate little yappy rat dogs. However, Peeka is a good thing in a small package.

I'm not sure if this counts however. I have this friend that is shorter then an average human and she is the most happiest, cheerful person. She is also carrying and basically lives like everyone else (duh!)
