Is it probable that ones environment is a subconscious manifestation of an independent internal state? And that all these intern state fit together like a puzzle, creating the collective landscape of experience? Conversely is it possible to make an internal change, manifesting through time into external ramifications?

This has been addressed in some outstanding SF short stories. And it is definitely possible.

Unfortunately, there's no real way to test it. Because if either situation exists, then you're looking at a Schroedinger's Cat. Is the cat alive or dead? It remains a hypothetical mass of probablities until you open the box and look.

Interesting question tho. Will wonder what kinda response you get
