They say that african lovebirds sense the slightest tension in the home. Is it possible that the bird felt it and couldn't handle the tension. I feel sorry for the bird.

It was coincidence but it got your attention. Sometimes the things we argue about aren't worth it when we think about the mortality of our lives. Tommorrow your lover could be gone.
Some things do have to be worked through. And we just have to determine what is important and what isn't.

Maybe the birds got into an argument to, and the mate chock him to death or he may got tired of all the arguing and committed sudicide.
