Sometimes when it's really cold at night when I sleep, I end up having leg cramps. Sometimes it hurts a lot so i have to rub it down. Sometimes it lasted for minutes and i can't walk. Im not old eaither. Im only 25.

when I trained for a marathon, I got leg cramps.
when I was on the Atkins diet, ditto.
I've been told leg cramps often occur because you don't have
enough salt in your diet. when I made sure add salt to my food
the cramps went away. ( I think Gatorade also has potassium
in it to help prevent this.)
