Nonfat milk comes from a cow. Soy milk comes from a bean.

I prefer nonfat milk, but the light plain flavored soy milk is not bad.

nonfat milk and soy is nonfat comes from cows and soy comes from soy.

soy tastes ok to me, it's a little too sweet and nonfat is gross by itself. I will only drink a splash of milk in coffee or a milkshake or something. I don't drink milk at all. It does not taste right to me at all.

Milk, no matter the fat classification, comes from a cow. Soy milk comes from soy beans. I love soy milk (regular Silk lite)- I won't touch regular dairy. Whatever you've heard, it doesn't taste bad, it's delicious!

Soy milk is fortified with as much calcium as regular milk, has no cholesterol, and if you go for a soy yogurt, you're getting some more fiber in your diet, too.

Hope that helps!
