The Snorks hands down!
see what would happen is this....
The snorks would seek help from the long time oppressed dozzers. the dozzers desperate for an uprising from the horrible Fraggles would become suicide bombers themselves and would also coat their crystals in Anthrax killing off a big percentage of Fraggles. Also, the Snorks would seek aid from the Gorgs.

depends on the terrain. The snorks would obviously win in the water. The Fraggles would have a much better chance in a cave environment.

the snorks would have the fraggles ports and coastal cities hemmed up tight. but the fraggles will have the upperhand as their cities will be all underground and safe from the snork's sea-borne missile attacks.
