YOU CAN REDYE YOUR HAiR, BUT DONT USE A LiGHT COLOR..GO FOR A DARKER COLOR THAT SEPERATES THE ORANGE AND YELLOW. YOU MAY EVEN LOOK BETTER IF YOU GOTTEN HIGHLiGHTS WiTH THOSE COLORS. TRY A REDiSH HAiR COLOR WiTH SOME NiCE HiGHLiGHT WiTH iT. THERE ARE HiGHLiGHT BOTTLES ALREADY iN A PACK, SO THATs ALWAYS GOOD (HEHE)
i HOPE SOMETHiNG WORKs OUT iF YOU DECIDE NOT TO SPEND SO MUCH MONEY AT A SALON (HEHE..i WOULDNT)
TAKE CARE THOUGH, BEST OF WiSHES
OH! AND BEFORE i FORGET... BEFORE YOU REDYE YOUR HAiR, DEEP SHAMPOO AND DEEP CONDiTiON YOUR HAiR. HOW? WELL LEAVE BOTH ON FOR A WHiLE ESPECiALLY THE CONDiTiONER, iT JUST THERE TO GiVE MORE MOiSTURE TO YOUR HAiR.

You never should have done that in the first place. But, since the damage is already done I suppose you really should fix it. I would suggest going to a salon. Request a semi (or demi) permanent color. Putting on another permanent color right away will ruin your hair further. If you'd like to keep it blonde, request a light to medium ash blonde to cancel out the orange tones. If you dye it red it will only wash out to the color you have in a matter of weeks--red dye only holds good on very healthy (and naturally red-toned) hair. Good luck!

I have dark hair too and had really bad results everytime I lightened it at all. Go to a reputable stylist and have them dye it something darker than the orange or yellow - they probably have a book of dyed hair clippings and you could pick a nice one then. Don't bleach it again - it will then look like straw and you'll just have to cut it all off.

I am pretty sure you have figured this out by now, but you should never try to make such a drastic without consulting a professional first.
You need to go to a salon. Immediately. I wouldn't try to do anything else on your own...unless maybe you get a bottle of dark dye and call the company's 800 # to ask if it will work or not.

I did the exact same thing a couple month ago! My hair was copper colored for a month! They added an extra shade of light brown to my hair at the beauty shop, and it turned out perfect. But I never tried to dye my hair blonde. Try going over it again with a light brown color. It really works.!

what color do you actually want it? My hair turned orange when i dyed it blonde, the reason it does that is because you have a red pigment in your hair that makes your hair look brown or Dk brown or anything like that. I think the color that would go with you would be a light brown with highlights.

You should try to go get your hair bleached at a salon and then dye it . Bleaching at home never works and it just damages your hair .

Bleaching dark hair is not a good idea (not that you dont already know) You could just die it back the the origional color, but it might be kinda streaky, or if you have short hair just wait for it to grow out and get a buzz cut or something.

you can go to a salon and have them "tone" it. this will help neutralize the yellow- orange color.
another thing you can try is using a "blonding" shampoo... this might be the cheaper way of fixing it, but also less promissing. a blonding shampoo has a violet base to it which helps fix yellow tones.
i would say the best thing to do is go to a salon and have it toned.

don't do anything yourself!!! bleaching is very hard on your hair. call a salon right now and see if they can help you ASAP. if they can't get you in, maybe they can tell you what to do to fix the problem at home. good luck!
