like to do that again (going out), today is friday and when I called (wednesday) I dont remember if I said I will call you (I am 50 % sure I did), she told a mutual friend on wednesday morning she would call me on friday but again I dont remember if I said I would call on the weekend, what should I do.......... ???????????????

it's not important whether you said to her or not , when you want something then go for it.

just call her , don't talk too much. start with greeting and then tell her that you both had a great time together last time and you would like if it happen and you both can get more comfortable and share more things.

then you can ask her directly for the second date or you can take a rain check and let her check her time.

Just call her, you can always say something like, hey, I don't remember if we said you'd call me or I'd call you, but I'd really like to see you again. I'm sure she'll be happy.

Call her it's better to be 100% than winging it at 50%. Because if you did said you would call and you don't beeeeeeeeeeeeeepp. First strike against you and first red light for her.
