I travelled to Asia recently and visited my cousin in Singapore. There i learned a shocking language culture which is termed as Singlish. It's a term for local Singaporean English with the combination of both English and Singaporean slangs. I find that very annoying to hear, and their pronunciation is totally out! I'm truly dissapointed at how English is used by most Singaporeans.

why? American English changed when non English speaking folks came to the US and there are even lots of different ways of speaking English in the UK and the US. You may not like it, but the reality is in a place like Singapore where English is used to communicate between Malays, and the various types of Chinese and Indians, English is going to change and develop. In the same way that we brought in Spanish, French and other words and ways of speaking into English, so will they.
English is used in India and a number of African countries too and it can be very different from what we are used to. We don't own English.

Well, English is a dynamic language and adapts to its locale...
And in Singapore it sings "Lah Lah Lah"...
