Something that isn't expensive at all because it seems to me that you have been (and probably will be buying more in the future) buying a lot of wedding gifts for the same person

yep! a card would do, maybe a gift card for her fav resturaunt, but I wouldn't go all out for a 3rd wedding, family or not.
