belly fat can be VERY easily burned. First i recommend that you keep eating smart and add a little bit more protien to your diet to help with your abs.

Your lower and upper abdominal muscles are slow acting muscles which means to build muscle you must exercise slowly. In your case you want to "burn out" your abdominals. To burn fat you must do VERY fast crunches with HIGH reps. that will burn fat in your upper ab area

to burn fat in your lower ab area, you must do Iso-Tension leg raises. Basically you lay on your back and raise your legs to a 45 degree angle and hold for 1- 1/2 minutes dont forget to lock your knees. hope this helps!!

GOOD LUCK!

It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way we have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

It's easier said thatn done: You must burn more calories than you take in. Meaning, you must be very diciplined with what you eat and how often you eat.

Doing a million situps a day will not guarantee a sixpack. You must train your whole body combining weightlifting (resistance training) and cardio, building muscle and lowering your bodyfat percentage.
