well, if you mean the plant, get a strong defoliant spray and give every plant you find a heavy dose. NEVER touch it even after you kill it. The oils last for thousands of years, literally! The spray stosp the plants from spreading.
If you mean the rash, get a prescription from your MD for some
steroids. It will heal it in 2-3 days. Worked for me just a week ago. Had several very nasty rashes and now it's totally gone. You may also need a antibiotic fi you have any secondary infections from it. Nasty isn't it? What was God thinking when he created that?

I share your agony. I have been going through it for the past week. The first thing to do is scrub the oil it puts onto your skin off. Use dawn dishwashing liquid or something that will scrub off and cut the oils and rise with the most hot water you can stand. Wash all your clothes you were wearing and bedding, etc, with hot water. There is a benedryl spray or gel to apply to the skin, and don't forget to take the benedryl antihistimine capsules to aid in the itching. I will search for a good website I found recently in my agony for you to look at. BRB

Calamine lotion, oatmeal bath, and/or benadryl (or generic antihistamine) will relieve the itch. Don't scratch. Wash in hot water whatever fabrics you were wearing or came in contact with during and right after you were infected. You can reinfect yourself if you handle fabrics you handled while you still had the oils on yourself.

You can't get rid of it, but you can try to stop the itch...try an oatmeal bath, or put calamine lotion on it. Try as hard as you can not to scratch it, if it gets too bad, rub it lightly with your palm.

Cover the affected area with a gasoline-styrofoam solution. Light it ablaze, and voila! No more itching.
