Visualize buddy, visualize. Imagine yourself winning the 100m sprint at the olympics, or beating the crap out of the heavy weight champion of the world. Imagine yourself doing everything and anything you've ever wanted, and imagine how it feels. Feels great doesn't it?

Me either.

I'm just blah.

How does one get motivated?

Turn off the T.V. Shut down the computer. Read the paper or a book. Take a walk or ride a bike.

Any of this working?

I don't think it's possible. Faith and love only comes to those who god favors.

A year ago my ex-girlfriend and I were drinking and fighting. We both had been sober in AA before, but we started drinking together.

Anyway, she left me almost 1 year to the day today. We both went back to AA. Because she's a pretty girl lots of people rallied around her to support. All the men wanted to sleep with her, and some of them convinced her to do it.

She's sober, happy, and has a new boyfriend - my old sponsor. Go figure huh?

I went back the same day. No one shook my hand. No one said hello. No one welcomed me except during the obligitory 'hi bill' at all AA meetings.

I have not made a single friend. The people who I thought were my friends, are hers. Many of the men I used to hang out with have either dated her or tried to.

Tommorow, the her actualy anniversary, I have decided to hang myself at right around the time she left.

God does play favorites. Maybe god doesn't like you either.

While it's possible you may have depression, try an energy drink! Sounds simple, see if it works. Try to find something that DOES interest you. Even if you don't feel like doing it, you should--it's never healthy to sit on your butt all day and answer random people's questions on Yahoo! Answers. ;D

I have found that action comes before motivation
do the action first and the motivation will find you, not the other way around...Good Luck!
