every time i go camping i make tin foil dinners, its easy just take some tin foil put some raw hamburger meat in the middle with some cut up carrots and potatoes or whatever other veggie you want in it then wrap it up and put it in the hot coals and cook for 15-20 min. you can always put it back on for a little longer if its not done. oh yeah you have to start the fire a while before because you have to cook it on the hot coals and not in the fire. make sense? good luck.

Hot dogs are good for lunch, and for a snack mabey a somore, and for supper you could make some hamburgurs or sausage. For breakfast you could get out a pan and cook some eggs mabey backon. Be creative make it your own little party! Have fun! You can mostly cook anything that is made on a stove on a camp fire!

A very simple recipe is hamburgers.
You make the hamburger in advance, putting in all your favorite ingredients. You then wrap it in heavy duty foil and freeze it. Carry it along when you go camping.
To cook it, you just set it in the coals and let it cook till it's done. Very simple.

Try this website it has tons of easy recipes.
Best thing my family likes is roasted hot dogs....get a green stick from a tree (make sure it's not a poisinous tree like laurel) and stick the dog on and roast till it is as hot as you want it and stick it on a bun.
Hope it helps.
