no, and neither does greasy foods. It is the oils in your skin that cause you to break out. If you have something greasy and you don't wash your hands and then rub your face, you could get a pimple. But eating it - No! Chocolate either. It is a myth.
It is inherited and also depends on if you have oily or dry skin and sometimes oily hair touching your forehead.

It could be a reaction from chocolate. My sister in law gets rash all over her face if she eats too much dark chocolate

No it doesnot ...your skin breakouts are inherited..I know because I have gone through the whole thing..and I am 50
and it is still occurring...
