my daughter got a snow cone machine for her birthday. You can get all kinds of flavors of syrup and the paper cones and the scoop straws. All you need is ice. Check you local grocery store. Im sure they are only available in summer. I think Ive seen them at walmart too.

If you are just wanting them at home....check out Walmart they have the small machines and several great flavors to choose from.
