they are on my arms and face after swimming in the ocean

just pick the lice off of the fish, if the fish is not too damaged it will heal

Try to find some cymilium. It treats all bites and stings from incects as well as water animals. Might be hard to find at a store but buy some online for the future.

Clean it very good, apply some lotion, do not scratch. They will clear up within a day or so.
