Go Thru Randolph Airforce base and request in writing a copy of the certificate..be advised that there is so much Red Tape your not likely to succeed right away, but it can be done.

Go to the records department in Jefferson City - the Capital. Being born on an Air Force base has NOTHING to do with getting a copy, it is relative the the state or country.

Missouri. Find out the city he was born in and contact city hall. They should be able to direct you. Even though he was born on base, a copy still has to be filed with the city where the base is located. Make sure the copy you get has the raised seal on it.

BTW - dukalink6000? The capital of MO is Jefferson City...Little Rock is the capital of Arkansas

You go through the Dept of Public Health Records for MO (or whatever county Whitman AFB is located) as the birth would have had to be recorded there as well.

You could also contact Little Rock, as the state capitol hold the records as well.

go thru the air force base data base. it is the quickest way of finding the information. you could go through the state of missouri but since he was born in a military base their laws and rules might be difference than the rest of the state

The county courhouse in the county they were born in. The military hospitals file their birth certificates same place as everyone else.
If they were born overseas - then normally birth certificates are sent to New York State for East Coast (Europe, Middle East, Mediteranean, etc.), and Sacramento, CA for West Coast (Pacific, etc.).
