I've never tried it and I would never recommend it because in doing so, when the colon gets cleansed, a lot of the natural flora/bacteria is washed away therefore causing an imbalance of the natural flora that inhabits the Colon. If we get rid of all that flora, sickness might ensue and diarrhea will be inevitable.

)i do a whole body cleanse which includes the colon. the answer about killing off the flora(good bacteria) is true. but it also kills off the yeast! and yeast needs sugar to breed so you crave it.in whatever form it comes in but usually bad stuff;) but the 9 day cleanse my company has is nutritionally sound and tested out by doctors.they have a medical advisory board. on the 9 day there are shakes that come with it that have probiotics(opposite from antibiotics to replace that good bacteria you need. so in general...all bacteria good and bad killed off and good bacteria replaced/ i lost 15lbs and 28.5 inches off my body in 9 days and as i had more to lose i stayed on a 30 day program. i try to cleanse at least once every3-4 months. hope this helps. for more info you can go to my 360 which has a link to my isagenix page. there it will tell you all about the products and what is in them and peoples testimonies from using the products. good luck and good health to you;)

Yes. There are enemas, colonics and colon cleansing formulas you consume. To learn about them and pros and cons see this webpage below. Enemas are done in hospitals every single day for relief of severe constipation.

This is a fine example of quackery: being advised that the road to health involves a clean colon. It astonishes me that anyone would pay money for an enema.
