I've been a active runner for the last 15 years, but lately my toes on my right foot and most of my right foot go numb like when your foot falls asleep. I don't know what is causing this. My running shoes are the same brand I've been using for several years and fit real well never had a problem with them I'm wondering what is causing this.

Sounds like it could be a circulatory problem. Get checked out asap as poor circulation is a symptom of many different diseases.

See a podiatrist. Sounds like you have taken an injury of some sort. Also, sometimes bone spurs develop. They will be able to check for sure.

You might want to see a foot specialist. Sometimes what used to work won't work anymore. You're body changes.

Could be that your old shoes are not giving you any more support OR your feet are damaged from the constant running.

Have you had any injuries? It could be a pinched nerve. I would check with your doctor.
